The legal subscription packages have been designed based on our deep understanding of the actual needs of legal and commercial work according to our clients’ categories. This package includes ten (10) main preventive and legal services commonly required by leading and large enterprises.

Annually starting from SAR 10,000
1️⃣ Establishing legal departments, reviewing business plans and strategies for company formation, and supervising their operations.
2️⃣ Protecting and registering intellectual property rights with the competent authorities.
3️⃣ Managing and drafting all types of contracts and agreements in Arabic, English, Chinese, French, and Korean.
4️⃣ Providing legal consultations and studies to ensure clients’ full understanding of preventive and corrective legal procedures, as well as offering strategic and legal support.
5️⃣ Ensuring the entity’s legal compliance and drafting official notifications and formal letters.
6️⃣ Providing notary services for up to 5 notarizations per year.
7️⃣ Legal representation and advocacy before judicial courts of all levels, types, and jurisdictions, as well as before quasi-judicial committees, including the preparation of pleadings, memoranda, objections, and appeals.
8️⃣ Administrative follow-up with the organization’s employees in cases of violations of approved regulations and policies.
9️⃣ Monitoring and tracking newly issued government decisions, regulations, and laws, assessing their impact on the entity’s operations, and preparing reports accordingly.
🔟 Attending monthly meetings.
Terms and Conditions:
- Covers up to six (6) legal cases per year, with a total value not exceeding SAR 100,000.
- Includes up to five (5) legal services per month.
- Prices shown do not include VAT.
