The legal subscription packages have been designed based on our deep understanding of the actual needs of legal and commercial work according to our clients’ categories. This package includes six (6) main preventive and legal services commonly required by emerging and micro enterprises.

Annually starting from SAR 3,500
1️⃣ Ensuring the validity of legal procedures for the establishment and registration of the entity.
2️⃣ Providing legal consultations that ensure clients have full awareness of preventive and corrective legal procedures, along with strategic and legal support.
3️⃣ Establishing legal departments, reviewing business plans and strategies for company formation, and supervising their implementation.
4️⃣ Managing and drafting all types of contracts and agreements in Arabic, English, Chinese, French, and Korean.
5️⃣ Legal representation and advocacy before judicial courts of all levels, types, and jurisdictions, as well as before quasi-judicial committees, including the preparation of pleadings, memoranda, objections, and appeals.
6️⃣ Attending monthly meetings.
Terms and Conditions:
- The package covers up to three (3) legal cases per year, with a total value not exceeding SAR 50,000.
- Includes up to ten (10) legal services per month.
- Prices shown do not include VAT.
